This was a delightful project  working along with the builder (home owner) to build a garage and loft for extra income for the family, the loft is well thought out with its own bathroom and separate entrance.

Perfect for the beach environment is the ADOBE Rusticated Weather boards Stained in Tundra Graphite.

Full Slider facing north allows for  max sunlight with an engineered Juliet balustrade in Tonka Timber for safety and looks

Added Sunlight comes from 3 carefully placed skylights to continue the beach feel of light and sky
